a quick mexican chicken bowl

i've noticed 2 things: 
1| i tend to go the mexican food route .. always haha 2| i love these little "bowls" that are so easily thrown together!!

the other day i went to the gym in the wee hours of the morning (0600 guys .. it's a big deal to me) & crashed before i was able to make myself anything for breakfast. 
when i woke up i wanted to eat something filling but still healthy - it's the worst when i feel like my food undoes what i do at the gym .. so i kind of just threw this together & actually really liked it! 

i'm not sure how many calories this is & all of that type of info .. but i do know that i used some pretty clean ingredients & felt satisfied yet still light after eating this, if that makes sense! 

you'll need

1/2 can costco chicken, shredded with about 1 tsp of taco seasoning mixed into it
black beans
cilantro avocado yogurt dressing 

throw it all together & enjoy! 

you could also add some brown rice or quinoa to it if you'd like!
