chia seed berry & nut bowl


so apparently i have a thing for chia seeds. 
not only are they healthy [talk about protein + energy!] but they are fairly easy to work with. 
after having capri, i've been especially health-conscious. i'm trying my darnedest to eat healthy & exercise as regularly as possible .. all while still trying to keep an ample milk supply that is full of nutrients. 

this recipe was super easy & it was nice cause i could make it the night before & then just pull it out of the fridge the next morning all ready to go - i just needed to add the toppings. 
it was also a little bland for me so i drizzled some honey on top to sweeten things up a bit! 
definitely an easy breakfast i'll be making more of!
